Ref: Return of donation

I refer to my 'fuel' card donation to the Community Coffers to be used by Council workers and wish to advise that at no time have I stated nor intimated that the 'value' of the donation was expected to be used as a part payment for 'rates' taxes that you state I owe.

Firstly, there are absolutely NO 'legal' debts owing by me to the Community coffers, and I have stated that it is a contravention of my religious belief for me to fund any institution that follows 'rules' that of themselves are in contravention of God's Command.

As you have been told this in prior correspondence but you still threaten me with legal proceedings, it follows that you are still trying to coerce me, intimidate me, and cause mental and emotional distress to my family, and I can but repeat that by your own hand you are guilty of religious persecution albeit you try and 'hide' behind the words "Northern Midlands Council' as being my 'inquisitor.'

For 'whatever' reason you have decided to personally defy God's Command as well the authority of the Constitution of the 'office' which you take a wage to serve. Thus I can but state that if you persist in my persecution then you will be answerable to God for Treason against His Command, and answerable to man for Treason against the Institution you serve so dishonourably.

How you can state: "The fuel cards would be of little use to council - - -" is quite beyond my comprehension, and when everyone 'else' is feeling the 'pinch' you and/or other staff members turn down a community donation that would fuel a tractor for many 'miles.'

Dear Madam, soon every village and town on earth and every inhabitant is to be so 'impoverished' for one reason or another that there will be NO 'assistance' available and there is NO doubt that at that point in time those as you who should BE responsible elders today will NOT be refusing any donations from anyone so kind as to offer them.

The fuel I sought to donate to the 'general' community coffers will now be given to some other person or organisation of my choice as I continue to heed God's voice and give some of my hard earned funds to the needy in whatever manner I so choose.

If it is your 'belief' that you can overrule God's Command as well as my rights within the Constitution of the institution you are paid to serve and have 'no' concerns about it then so be it. I can but say:

"Please stop your written threats and persecution of my family as I owe naught to your institution, and the 'score' to be settled between you and our God is already weighing heavily in your disfavour."  Try and understand that I am NOT a 'slave' and I do have the right to live by my own peaceful and loving 'code of conduct' and NOT fund 'terrorism' and, to this 'end' I remain faithful to my Creator as it is my RIGHT to so do..
