Letter to Ken Atherton
Reference 'Council' threat of eviction.

Dear Ken, I do believe that you have exhausted every possible avenue open to you in your personal outreach to Mrs. Maree Bricknell of the Northern Midlands Council (NMC) in respect of requesting her to halt her personal ongoing 'terrorizing' of your family using a ruling/act or 'law' contained within the official capacity of her work to try and 'legitimize' extortion.

She also sees not that even if you had asked or contracted for and received the provision of services which you later were for any reason unable to pay for, that in the eyes of God and any sane 'believer' it would be an inexcusable act to terrorize the person and their family and to evict them and destroy their life and livelihood.

It is regrettable that her work 'ethics' are in contravention of God's Command, and that she 'chooses' to totally ignore the 'protection' granting you immunity contained with the 'Freedom of Religion' Acts of the State and Federal Constitution rules. It is regrettable that she places her 'bet' on the strength or otherwise of a latter state 'rule' (section 137 of the Local Government Act 1993) as she 'usurps' the mandate of the superior rules of the Constitutions.

It is obvious to me that said officials are in fact seeking to force you to defy God's Command and to 'change' your ideological belief and submit to their 'opposite' religious ideological belief of control, extortion, punishment and war. 

This action on the part of the governing bodies is iniquitous and also a treasonable contravention of God’s 'Peace, love and mercy' command as well as Treason against the ruling Constitutional Acts of their own institution reference: Freedom of Religion Rules.

I am now inspired to ask you to seek the services of  a Constitutional legal adviser of high standing and principles so that individual officials that 'offend' man and God can be 'awoken, educated, and corrected' as God would have it be before He 'unleashes' His Wrath fully upon humanity as revealed by me in my Testament of Truth.

I state this because way back in the past there was a certain 'standard' of excellence set by God that carried through to man that stipulated that only those that factually disturbed the peace of the land were to be 'caught' and dealt with in a humane manner and, - - -

It was further stipulated by men within their earthly sovereign monarchical ‘constitutional’ declaration that the Monarch guaranteed the freedom to live by ones ideology and be 'free' men IF they were living in a peaceful manner as Commanded by them and God and, - - -

Over time and more time every 'official' be they politician or council elder have simply forgotten their God and their earthly mandate and it is they that are now disobedient and sowing 'civil unrest' and discontent by 'authorizing' police and other officials to do whatever they are told to as they raise up 'decrees/rules' etc., that they say are 'the law' but they are NOT. They are simply 'decrees' of arrogant men that 'permit' interference into every aspect of man's living ways.

It is I to now 'report' this 'control, extortion and coercive punishment' as I 'appeal' to Her 'Majesty' via her earthly representatives to 'haul in' all these terrorist 'offenders' that so openly and brazenly wage war against their funding populations in a very underhand manner.

I believe that in a civil court using a professional constitutional lawyer we will be able to show up the error of the present way in which so many 'usurp' the authority of the Constitution in the singular aspect of the "Freedom of religion' rules, and the right of every peaceful individual to live in peace according to the Command of God, the absolute Monarch and that is also enshrined in the 'Freedom of religion' act of Earthly Constitutions.

I suggest that you now take 'civil' action against Mrs. Bricknell and others involved on a 'personal' basis. This 'action' being not punitive, but as our INTENT is to establish peace on earth and to bring 'offensive' offenders into God's light, it will be an educational public hearing that will establish whether the Constitution 'promise' of the temporal sovereign Monarch is TRUE or FALSE. 46. (1) Freedom of conscience and the free profession and practice of religion are, subject to public order and morality, guaranteed to every citizen.

(2) No person shall be subject to any disability, - - - on account of his religion or religious belief and no religious test shall be imposed in respect of the appointment to or holding of any public office.  

And within the 
Australian Commonwealth Constitution
Section 116 – Freedom of religion
The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing any religion, or for imposing any religious observance, or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, and no religious test shall be required as a qualification for any office or public trust under the Commonwealth.  
Section 109 - Priority of Commonwealth laws over State laws

From the above Constitutional rules:

"No person will be disadvantaged due to their religious belief, nor will they be 'coerced' into changing their religious belief and, they are free to follow their religious ideological belief as long as they do not disturb the peace of the land."  

Please send her a copy of this with your 'intent' to take her to 'account' for her deeds in the public 'arena' of the local 'civil' court, and later in the High Court of Australia, being the Constitutional Court of Law if local magistrates continue to ignore what I believe is the superior authority of the Constitutional rules.  I have 'formulated' a letter to Mrs. Bricknell for your consideration, please 'add' or amend as needed.

Dear Mrs. M. Bricknell

I find it quite extra ordinary to hear from my dear wife that you verbally advised her that unless we meet your demands by the end of October 2009 we are to be evicted from our family home, after which our property will be sold. I believe I have made it quite clear that: I am well within my Constitutional rights to live in peace as God Commands.  

For many years now you and other members of your institution have been waging a war of religious persecution against me, and this vendetta is seen by me as an attack upon me and my family, my liberty, my religion and my God, and it is also seen by me as Treason against the Constitution of the institution you serve, as well as Treason against the State of Heaven.

I wish to advise you that irrespective of what you now do, I have taken steps to bring Civil action against you the individual person and any other 'individuals' I decide to, be they Mark Pitt, General Manager of the NMC, the prosecutor, the police or the auctioneer involved in the past and present malicious religious persecution of my family.

The complaint 'charge' I bring against you is that you are inciting 'civil unrest' and have committed 'unconstitutional' and thus unlawful ACTS against me within the 'Freedom of Religion' Acts and, that in so doing you have also defied the 'Peace & love' Command of God, being 'actions' that are 'acts' of Treason against the temporal and spiritual sovereign Monarchs.

The consequence of your actions have caused me and my whole family to be mentally & emotionally traumatized, harassed, terrorized, victimized, disadvantaged and publicly humiliated, and more of 'this' you 'threaten' and persist in doing.

Worst of all, knowing full well my spiritual beliefs you persist in trying to coerce me into defying my God and His Command, as you use the back up of 'force' to coerce me into funding an 'opposing' religious ideology. (Yours)

All the above 'actions' are UNCIVIL, aggressive, invasive, punitive, destructive and warlike.

You, local magistrates & police personnel appear to be ignorant of the FACT that any 'actions' of public servants are LIMITED to the 'constraints' of the Sovereign ruling ACTS of the CONSTITUTION and the Command of the Creator.

I believe that latter 'day' political 'dictates/decrees/rules/laws' that in any way contravene the superior Constitutional acts are INVALID, and it is now the time for the general community to be made aware of this as well as politicians.

This 'note' is simply a 'brief summary' provisional notification of my INTENT and you will be hearing from my legal adviser.

I also ask that you now apologize in writing to my wife for your 'eviction' threat and that you personally halt all further 'aggressive' action against me and my household until such time as the decision of my 'pending' Court action against you is finalized, for any continued action against me prior to that 'time' will be 'added' to my complaint and seen by the general public and the court and God as an act of pure merciless vindictiveness.

If you believe that your 'to date' actions are 'legal,' then so be it. Let the sovereign authority of the Constitution of the land reveal itself to the people of Australia, for if it cannot or does not, then all will know that there is no 'Freedom of religion' protection in Australia and, that the temporal monarchical sovereignty of the constitution is fraudulent and a 'farce' raised up by 'liars' who cannot uphold their 'promise' that any person living peacefully as commanded by God will not be disadvantaged or persecuted by the 'officers' of government departments. 

Please note, I further advise you that if the local magistrates continue to 'scoff' at and ignore my constitutional 'rights' then the matter will proceed to the High Court of Australia.

I am advised by THE AUTHORITY that: There is now to be a: "No tolerance" attitude taken towards anyone of the public or any state official having any racial prejudice or religious INTOLERANCE.

I am advised by THE AUTHORITY that: Any 'official' or person inciting civil unrest in matters pertaining to the Constitutional "freedom of religion" Act will be very harshly dealt with.

I am advised by THE AUTHORITY that: Any 'official' or person found disturbing the peace of the peaceful for any reason will be very harshly dealt with.

I am advised by THE AUTHORITY that: Any 'official' or person unlawfully interfering in the lives of the peaceful for any reason will be very harshly dealt with.

I am advised by THE AUTHORITY that: Any 'official' or person found to be carrying out any unlawful arrest – transportation – eviction - detention or punishment due to their disregard of the religious beliefs of others that do not disturb the peace of the land will be very harshly dealt with.

Please note, I am making no 'case' against 'The NMC,' for that 'wording' is simply the 'facade' behind which individuals such as yourself ‘hide,’ using it as a 'cover,' as you hope to protect yourself from the consequence of your 'personal' punitive interaction against citizens such as me.

It is time for everyone in any 'station of authority' to realize that we all are personally responsible for the consequential actions of our 'mouth,' our 'hand' and 'pen,' and as you personally chose to wield your 'pen' against me then it is you the 'individual' that is to be held accountable* for the consequences of your actions, including those actions that others ‘followed’ at your instigation.

Note: to be held accountable* - Irrespective of any 'civil or criminal' rulings of mortal men, all are held 'accountable' by God for their 'offensive' or 'punitive' interaction with other children of God within His 'Law,' in the manner revealed by the Spirit of Truth in his Testament to humanity.

You are also 'put on notice' that this matter may now go 'public' via the Court and newspapers once our legal adviser has written to you. And that if during the 'case' it is 'found' that your 'defence' is being funded by the community coffers of the NMC then this would be 'proof' that you are making 'fraudulent' use of community funds.

As I am a man of peace and true to my 'pacifist' belief, I will not be asking that you pay my court costs if you are 'found' guilty and neither will I be seeking any monetary 'damages' claim from you via the court of 'Caesar,' for my intent is solely educational to all concerned.

As I am concerned for the welfare of your family and seek not to embarrass you or them financially, I 'suggest' that if and when 'summonsed,' that you simply save your pennies by standing 'alone' before the 'judge' and thus accrue no financial costs from lawyers, for no doubt you can speak for yourself as have I in the past for my family in court.

I need to add, that if 'perchance' you are found in 'breach' of Constitutional Law then you and others 'summonsed' are then 'open' to be 'criminally' charged and brought to account by others less 'loving & true' than I.

If for any reason my 'actions' fail, then it follows that you and others equally ignorant of God and His Command and Law will continue to defy God, and you will continue to persecute, disadvantage, punish and evict others in the 'name' of RULES unto your own spiritual demise.

I however will know that I have done everything within my power to help you to see reason in my efforts to bring you into God's 'loving' fold.
