Community
Service 'grant'
I
have been considering the difficulty surrounding the 'issue' of my 'wish' to
give community support versus your demands as well as remaining in conformity
to God's Command as I ponder on your words that it is not possible to rely on
community donations as people would 'default' so to speak. Thus these words
are only applicable to me as I cannot speak for others in this community.
Much
has been written to assist the Northern
Midlands Council (NMC) and those
others visiting my web site & the Blueprint document to help people
'transition' from the present 'mercenary' way* to a better way, where 'costs'
are not imposed but are charged as a service provision and agreed to by the
person seeking their 'preferred' service provider.
Note: mercenary' way * - The present way in which NMC workers take a false wage whereby they are forced by rules to defy God and be 'mercenary' and use force to extort & punish etc., in their interaction with other community members, rather than being able to be benign and exercise their conscience.
It
is because I am able to exercise my conscience that I write this in an
endeavour to assist not only other members of the community that will need the
ongoing provision of services in coming times, but also to assist yourself and
other employees who will be needed in the difficult times soon at hand in
every land.
I believe also that if you have read the http://www.the-testament-of-truth.com/web/blue01.htm document through to the end (version of today's date) with its updated links to advisory information, you will realise that maybe there are very difficult times ahead, a time where community services provision will have to be downsized, and 'workers' will have to take lesser 'pay' or be 'retired' so to speak.
Not
only this, but community members will also need to 'downsize' their
expectations and make no demands from the community service provider as
everything slowly grinds to a halt for a time.
I
have pondered on how I can satisfy our God and His command to not 'fund'
punitive institutions but at the same time assist our local community to keep
'afloat,' and this is my today 'offer' that is however dependent upon your
capacity to overrule rules.
Not
only this, but it is also only 'enabled' and facilitated due to the fact that
my personal situation is one wherein I am not dependent upon the provision of
water supply to my 'country' property, nor sewerage removal, nor waste
removal, nor do I have any 'expectation' that the community service provider
supply me with any services.
Thus
my ongoing 'offer' to what is presently known as the NMC is that I will make
an annual 'grant' to them of a certain amount of diesel fuel that can be
utilised for the operational equipment, thus enabling the workers to carry out
their 'general' community works.
I
do believe that in this manner I will not only be assisting my fellow citizens
but I will not be 'infringing' God's Command in paying the wages of 'sin' so
to speak, for I will not be paying any money that could be used negatively in
the 'general' policy program of your institution.
This
grant will be of an amount that I will donate for as long as I wish to, and in
the event that I am unable to so do due to 'unforeseen' circumstances then it
will cease, it is however only possible for me to make this 'free giving'
grant once you have rescinded your fiscal demands of me for as I see it, there
have been no requests from me in the past for the provision of any services,
nor have I agreed to any services being provided, nor am I 'obliged' to fund
your institution within the precepts of the 'Freedom of religion' act of your
institution.
I
trust that you will personally be able to do the necessary to bring this
matter to a positive conclusion.

ADDENDUM:
Subsequent to this last letter
written by me I have received a letter dated 28th of September from Maree
Bricknell effectively stating that unless I make an 'acceptable' arrangement
for payment of $11,065-38 that legal proceedings against me will
recommence. It is quite obvious to me that
certain members of the Council staff believe that they have the 'divine right'
to defy their Creator, they also 'happily' impose 'costs' upon me that I
did not accrue as they also defy the rulings of the Constitution of the
land in a most 'offensive' manner as they 'illegitimately' usurp any
'legal' mandate granted within the precepts of the Constitution they 'serve.' As for me, I shall simply get
on with my life with God as my 'wife' and await to see 'who' will be the one
to personally take up arms against me in 'round' 2 of this saga. Staff
members of Council need to realise that they cannot 'hide' behind the 'name' Council
nor its 'rules,' for whomsoever is the one to sign the 'decree' that brings me
to face any court is the ONE that God sees as 'faithless.'
