Dear Maree
I awoke this morning
following our meeting and write this letter as inspired with 'my own' hand in
answer to those matters of difference that arose yesterday during our meeting at
the council chambers. I take this opportunity to thank you personally for your
time and consideration.
As was discussed, I again
state that I cannot agree to any rates payment settlement for the reasons
outlined to you in previous correspondence and which I will explain again in
details below. I do believe that I am simply going about my daily
business peacefully as is commanded by my God as I endeavour to live within the
Commanded code of conduct of my Monarch, our Creator, the Source of all that
some call God.
Our difference of position
I believe is due to the fact that council and thus council employees give their
allegiance to an earthly monarch, namely the State Government of Tasmania whose
rules and regulations govern, direct and enforce council's interaction with the
community it is supposed to serve.
As I give my allegiance to
God, the supreme Monarch, we have different monarchs, thus different ideologies
and doctrines, and are thus of different religious beliefs (refer below).
As my stance is 'error' in
council's eyes and contra council's demands, I suggest it is because I and
council have different monarchs with 'commanded' different ideologies and codes
of conduct. This fact proven by council's actions against me and others in our
community as it controls, regulates, extorts money and interferes in the lives
of those within its boundaries.
(The definition of 'Religion' as per the Macquarie Dictionary (fourth
edition) being:
“The quest for the values of the ideal life, involving three phases:
It is thus that our point of view differs
because the doctrine on which we base our code of conduct practices is
different. The basis of my belief, my religion is for living my life in
accordance to God's Primary TRUTHFUL and RULING Command. As I see it,
Council's actions towards myself and others prove council is an organisation
falling within the definition of a False religion.

There are many 'named' religions of MEN that are misleading humanity and turning man against man, for there are in fact only TWO religious ideological codes of conduct beliefs/policies/faiths/doctrines. These are the ideological 'policies' available to be followed:
The ONE is the TRUE
religion.
The
'ideal' being the belief in:
Peace,
compassion, kindness, truthfulness, mercy, respect, forgiveness, freedom &
creativity
using LOVE.

Thus the aspirant, pilgrim or
'follower' remains loyal in being an absolute pacifist in their
interaction with others at all times.
The other is the FALSE
religion.
The
'ideal' being the belief in the justification for:
War,
cruelty, control, deception, disrespect, vengeance, torture, killing &
destruction
using FORCE.

Thus the 'follower' is thus an
aggressor that terrorises and injures others when they feel 'justified' to so
do.
People
of ALL races and named 'creeds' or 'religions' need to know that the
'key' to Salvation is 'simply' to obey
and remain in absolute conformity at all times and in all situations to:
The
Primary TRUTHFUL and RULING Command of God that stipulates:
"Go your way in
peace and love one another and be merciful, compassionate and
forgiving."

And as I choose to live by
code of conduct per God's True Religion I cannot fund or support a
religion having the proven 'opposite' code of conduct ideology.
In your
discussion with me you ask me if I could 'settle my perceived debts' by finding
some way to satisfy council by funding a benign operation within council's
community activities, and I know in so doing that it would remove the guillotine
held by council over my head with the threatened and recently deferred sale of
my property.
Firstly,
I believe that to do so is a contravention of God's Command and is just
'reshuffling the cards' with the card deck remaining the same and in God's eyes
I would be in error by submitting myself to council's extortion demands.
Secondly,
what you are in fact saying is, that I am not actually 'free' to make a donation
to a 'benevolent' cause because you (Council) have decided the 'amount' that I must
donate/contribute or be penalised. This is the 'factor' that you fail to see,
being that no person has the God-given right to impose any demands upon any
other.
No
'slight of hand' can hide the fact and I would still be funding an organisation
of an opposite religious doctrine, and I would be giving in to the on-going
attempt of council to extort funds from myself that is based on council's belief
that I owe them 'all and any funds they demand today or tomorrow.'
The
reality is that I am already by my free choice, funding benign community
activities as inspired by my chosen Monarch, God, as I live my life within the
community according to God's 'Primary TRUTHFUL and RULING Command.' And as
I am already contributing to the local community, I have no moral need to
further fund my community at the demands of another, especially one that has a
contra religious ideology such as the local council that has their own chosen
community projects of import in their eyes but not mine.
I believe that Council staff need to 'accept'
that I am living according to the rights granted by both God and the
Constitution of their own institution, thus any monetary 'claims' against
me need to be withdrawn.
The
endeavour to have me fund via 'slight of hand', council's activities and to thus
in council's eyes, reduce the 'debt' that council believes I owe them through
their systems arbitrary and artificial 'AAV' value of my freehold land is an act
of attempted extortion. I believe that while it is a debt in council's eyes
according to their rules and regulation it is not within God's Commanded code of
conduct for I have signed no contract for services nor borrowed monies from
council.
In fact
I have written many letters to council over many years clearly expressing my
wish to heed my monarch and that I wish to not fund nor support nor condone an
organisation that has a contra ideology to mine such as the local council.
The fact
that many including yourself have difficulty in understanding my stance is due
to the mind set that we all have been embedded in since birth where it has been
the norm to 'accept council' as our 'overlord' and major controller/provider of
local community services.
I have
freed myself of this 'mind set,' and having 'escaped' the 'sins of our
forefathers' code of conduct programming, my focus, direction and wish to live
'ideology of absolute pacifism' is now based on heeding and living according to
God, the Supreme Monarch.
How I
now stand to be outside of this mind set and belief system is because I have
been 'lucky enough' and am forever grateful for having been exposed to the
spiritual truth available at: www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk
written by the same hand that has written many of my recent letters to council
and who as the author is named Terence, the man that I personally believe is the
awaited 'Spirit of truth' (Messiah) to lead true believers to the Promised Land.
The
means by which I have escaped the contra mind set has been achieved by reading
and reprogramming my mind with the revelation in spiritual truth that is freely
available at the above web address and that has only been available on line to
humanity for the last twelve or so years.

It is my personal absolute belief that the message at www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk is the message for the enlightenment of humanity, and that it is the message from God to humanity for these end times.
And it is my personal absolute belief that these are the beginning of the end times and that the days of the current status quo are near an end, and that as the financial collapse deepens and climate change 'bites deeper' into global food production, and the escalation in social disorder deepens into chaos of yet unexperienced proportions, systems of government including local councils and like organisations will collapse.
Then all will see and learn and experience the wrath of God that is absolute justice, for in these arriving times there will be no police force or army to defend those who have been enforcing their system's rules and regulations on others, and the 'local community' will take vengeance 'in hand' and mete out what has been done to them within the singular, inviolate and inevitable Law of God:
"As you or your servants do unto others will be done to you by others, be it benign or malignant."
I can but remind all that
whatever you 'take' forcefully using the 'power' of 'rules' backed by 'strong'
men becomes a 'due' upon your own 'heads' within the immutable law of God.
This
brings me to a point where the question asked is; how can I live my life with my
family as an absolute pacifist according to my belief system and be living in a
community that I support and contribute to as inspired by my chosen Monarch, and
not be hounded by those whose allegiance is to a different monarch and who
incessantly demands that I fund their ways and 'need' beliefs, being the State
and Federal Governments and their organisations including local councils?
The
answer to this question lies within God's Command, and the founding
constitutions of both these governmental systems being the State Government of
Tasmania and its parent body, the Commonwealth Government of Australia. Both
organisations have the guarantee of religious freedom granted to all living
within their proclaimed borders. Their constitutional rules are given below.
PART V – GENERAL PROVISIONS
Religious freedom
46. (1) Freedom of conscience and the free profession and practice of religion are, subject to public order and morality, guaranteed to every citizen.
(2) No person shall be subject to any disability, - - - on account of his religion or religious belief and no religious test shall be imposed in respect of the appointment to or holding of any public office.
Rule 46(1) guarantees to every citizen, “the free profession and practice of religion,” being subject to “public order” and “morality.”
Public order is defined as; “being of orderly and of peaceful behaviour” and “the state of peaceful co-existence among members of the public generally in which there is an absence of an breach of the peace.”
Morality is defined in the Macquarie Dictionary (fourth edition) as; “conformity to the rules of right conduct; moral or virtuous conduct.”
And within the
Section 116 – Freedom of religion
The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing any religion, or for imposing any religious observance, or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion, and no religious test shall be required as a qualification for any office or public trust under the Commonwealth.
Which is supported further by:
Section 109 - Priority of Commonwealth laws over State laws
When a law of a State is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth, the latter shall prevail, and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be invalid.

From the above I am clearly 'allowed' within the State and Federal
constitutional rules to live my life according to my religious beliefs, but to
date this has not been the case. In fact to date Magistrates and Judges have
chosen to commit treason against their own rules in denying me my rights within
their governing rules, with one magistrate actually voicing his 'fear' that if
he allowed me to so do, others would follow, claiming their religion as
their defence.
The
difference here is that I have shown my integrity to my religious belief and
proven that I am an absolute pacifist via my actions before God, my community
and the Northern Midland Council (NMC). I have remained an absolute pacifist in
the face of considerable pressure from state and council as they have persecuted
me by putting me in their prisons, stolen my cars and have and are threatening
to sell my home.
I truly
believe there is a better way forward for all whereby needed community services
can be provided by caring community councils with all council activities being
benign and where the community council becomes the servant of the people rather
than a controlling dictatorial master that is currently the case. And where I
can again happily fund my community council, paying for those services for which
I have contracted, and donating to other causes within the Council 'umbrella'
that I choose to so do, this to the spiritual betterment of all.

I thus
write this letter, numbered the fifty second to council, openly stating my
belief and wishes as I endeavour to find a way in which I can peacefully live in
my local community according to my religious belief. And I take this given
opportunity to reach out to all readers with the fact that in my belief, all who
heed not God's Command face a perilous time ahead as I quote from a previous
letter to council.
"And, that any
person that defies their Creator is violating their allegiance to Him the
Sovereign Monarch, and they will lose their rights to enter heaven and HE
will banish their 'faithless' soul into the underworld for their
arrogance and ignorance and, they will also not only suffer the same
material loss, but will also suffer all the associated inconvenience and
any emotional ‘disturbance’ suffered by their ‘victim’ as the
result of the ‘judicial’ process. (That is the "As you sow so
shall ye reap" Justice of God)"

Life on this earth is but a speck of
dust in time compared with the age of earth

Earth was created in just a speck of dust in time compared with the age of God's

Our decision as to whether we heed our Creator's Command is so profound in its
implications as to our spiritual destiny
that
Choosing to not heed God's Command will see our spiritual destiny in the
perilous depths of hell
and
That can be for eons and eons of time and full of suffering.
It is our individual choice for we are truly
known by what we do.
