An open letter.

Maree Bicknell, Manager Corporate Services
Mark Pitt (General Manager), Councillors, Council employees, ratepayers and all community members
Northern Midlands Council (NMC)
13 Smith St. LONGFORD TAS. 7301
27th of August 2009

Dear Maree,

I am in receipt of your letter of the 25th of August 2009 and do accept your wish to meet with myself and I respond in the letter below in regards to your request that I "recommence making payments towards our community."

You may or may not be aware that I do contribute to the community but I am not doing so via the NMC because I have stopped making payments to organisations that have punitive and controlling processes

I submit the following as it is my endeavour to help everyone to find a better way forward.

Statement by submission (3) to:

Dear Maree, councillors and board members and the whole ‘world’ community.

Article - 1 – If you cannot rescind your demands (backed by force which you believe entitle you to seize of my home illegally) and you continue to persecute me using rules that enable you to punish, seize and dispossess members of the community then by your actions you are proving to God and the community that:

A – Council ‘officials’ actions are in contravention of God’s primary ruling Command that states:
“Go your way in peace & love one another & be merciful compassionate & forgiving”
B – The actions of Council ‘officials’ are in contravention of their own ‘Freedom of religion’ rule in  the Constitution Act 1934 (No. 94 of 1934)
46. (1)
C – Council ‘officials’ are operating for and on behalf of a far distant governing and dictatorial institution rather than for the local community.
D – Council ‘officials’ have the expectation that every community member can be forced to pay for services for which they have not ‘tendered’.
E – Council ‘officials’ have the expectation that every community member must be forced to pay for services they need but have not agreed to the ‘costs’ thereof.
F – Council ‘officials’ are in fact operating in a manner that does not have the ‘interests’ of community individuals at heart.
G – Council ‘officials’ are in fact stating that the ‘Freehold Title’ guarantee of the monarchy is invalid.
H – Council ‘officials’ believe that the authority of the Constitutional authority of Australia and the mandate thereof can be made ‘null and void” by a statute raised up by an external political body..
I – Council ‘officials’ assume that political decrees void the authority of the Constitution and nullify God’s Law: “As you do will be done unto you.”
J – Council ‘officials’ believe (presently) that all persons who do not bow in conformity to their demands must be dispossessed and made homeless.
K – Council officials believe that they are the servants of a book of rules invoked by others rather than the local community they are paid to serve.

Article - 2 – Maree, if you can take a giant step for mankind and send me an email note saying that you personally rescind/withdraw the monetary demands in full then it shows God and the community that:

A – Maree Bricknell ‘bows’ to God’s superior Command.
B – Knowing that I am an absolute pacifist you ‘bow’ to the superior ‘Freedom of religion’ Act of the Constitution of Australia and Tasmania in giving IT precedence to subsequent political dictates.
C – She has the well-being of the local community at heart at all times and is a true servant of the local community.
D – She does not expect anyone to pay for services that were not delivered nor asked for.
E – She agrees that everyone has the ‘choice’ to agree to or refuse the provision of services provided from the community purse.
F – She is operating with the interests of the community at heart.
G – She acknowledges that Freehold Title is inviolate and protected by the Monarch.
H – She realizes that it is unconscionable to try and coerce a person to ‘change’ their religious ideological belief so that they then fund a punitive force through fear of reprisal.
I – She believes that it is time for change to the better.

I Ken Atherton state that I firmly believe that it is error and falsity for the community members of this community council district to continue to be forced to conform to dictates of politicians that use ‘rules’ to enable them to interfere, control, subjugate, dispossess, and disadvantage citizens who are peaceful as Commanded by God and man and, who presently have no ‘idea’ as to the ‘content’ of these overbearing rulings of politicians that of themselves (the rulings) are not only ‘hidden’ from general knowledge, but are used to coerce people.

I firmly believe that it is now the time for everyone in the community to be ‘alerted’ to the facts of the matter so that everyone including Council ‘officers’ can come to a personally informed decision as to whether they wish to continue to be ‘controlled’ and enslaved by the rulings of people that have absolutely NO ‘interest’ in their wellbeing.

I cannot be complicit to the present ‘covert’ activities of an organization that says it is a ‘local’ organization when it is in fact driven by outside interference.

I for one am not interested in funding iniquity and I am not going to fund any organization that uses my funds to disadvantage others, for this would place me in an unconscionable position due to my pacifist belief.

If the local council becomes a truly true and benign service provider organisation being factually guided solely by the wise elders of that community, then I am interested in being a part of that organization. I firmly believe that if positive change is not implemented very soon that the very angry 'voice' of the people will be heard, and I truly simply wish to instigate change before that time so that together the community as a whole can lay the foundation of a true and 'Godly' organisation that people will be happy to fund rather than the present one that is funded through fear.
