Dear Madam,
Thank you for your response, yes my intent is to
help all humanity and in order to satisfy myself that I am doing the 'right'
thing in God's eyes and mankind's, subsequent to my letter of the 18th, I
took moral and legal counsel. From the advice given to me, I decline
your offer of settlement and attach a copy of the letter (pasted below)
containing the advice I received this morning which led to this
decision.
I am deeply concerned for the spiritual
well being of yourself and others due to the forceful and coercive action
taken by council against me. Especially as every rate payer is complicit to
the action of their servants, namely the NMC employees.
Please make every effort to read and consider
deeply the content of the attached letter.

Statement by submission to the Northern Midlands Council ~

Be
advised that subsequent to my letter dated 18th of August I have taken the step
of seeking 'legal & moral' advice on this matter that arose from:
1
- My refusal to pay the Northern Midlands Council (NMC) a certain amount of
money they demand from me.
2
- NMC representatives & their legal advisors taking it upon themselves to
deem me as 'unfit' to be permitted to continue to live on said property and to
be evicted unless I pay them said money and,
3
- NMC employees having 'confiscated' and thus taken 'possession' of my property
that has been placed up for sale on the open market by them.
4
- NMC attempting to coerce me by threatening me that unless I 'cough up' said
money pre-auction they will use an 'act' contained within the statutes of the
State government against me as the means to effect the sale of my property, and
to thus effectively:
A
– Steal my property by sleight of hand and force.
B
– Dispossess my family from their home.
C
– Cause me great financial loss.
D
– Cause my whole family great mental and emotional trauma.
E
– Accomplish their mission of 'extortion.'
F
– Set a precedent whereby they can not only 'intensify' their increasing
monetary demands from those they are supposed to serve in a kind, benevolent and
respectful way, but they can also charge people for provision of services that
are not asked for nor supplied and, confiscate land at 'will.'
I
have been advised of the following:
1
– I am advised that if the sale of my property goes ahead at
'auction' then it will bring down the State government of Tasmania because,
everyone will get to know that unbeknown to them there exists a 'clause' that
was raised up by an unconscionable politician stating by implication that;
The guarantees of Freehold Title of the individual are not 'worth' the
paper they are written on and, that the Constitutional Monarchy is 'weak' and of
no value nor validity here in Tasmania because, some 'ignorant' politician so
stated when he invoked the clause < ‘sell
that land as if it were their own.’ >
of Section 137 of the
Local Government Act 1993. (No. 95 of 1993). Being the 'clause' that the NMC and
their legal advisors now seek to use against me and to 'overthrow' my legal
Freehold Title of ownership. Please note:
The
Property Owners’ Rights

are guaranteed in three ways by three different legal instruments, as under…
(1) Deeds in Fee Simple
(2) Magna Carta 1215, and
(3) The Bill of Rights 1688/9
It
follows that IF the above guarantees are 'capable' of being 'nullified'
by a 'later' act of the State government then everyone will realise that they are
'open' to ongoing extortion and, that they have NO protection within the
Constitution of Australia and NO protection from politicians of this State.
Within the Constitution it
clearly states:
Section
109 - Priority of Commonwealth laws over State laws
When
a law of a State is inconsistent with a law of the Commonwealth, the latter
shall prevail, and the former shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be
invalid.

I am advised that
as I do not owe said money that I should not pay it, as that would show God and
man that I am morally 'weak' and simply giving in to the demands of
extortionists operating in the clandestine disguise of a community welfare
organisation when they are not.

- I am advised that
I cannot 'purchase' land that I already own.

- I am advised that
any person jointly or severally that is involved in the sale by auction of my
land or otherwise without my consent is guilty of and/or complicit to Treason
against the Constitution of Australia and the Sovereign Monarchy of the land and
also against God the Sovereign Monarch.

- I am advised that
any person jointly or severally that is involved in the sale by auction of my
land or otherwise is guilty of conspiring to 'defraud' a community member by
false representation in seeking recompense for services that were neither
itemised nor asked for nor agreed to nor 'accepted.'

- I am advised that
any person jointly or severally that is involved in the sale by auction of my
land or otherwise is guilty of violating their allegiance to their sovereign and
to a local community member living within the boundaries of the NMC.

- I am advised that
any person jointly or severally that is involved in the sale by auction of my
land or otherwise is guilty of the contravention of the superior State and
Commonwealth 'Freedom of religion' acts because they by now all know of
my 'peculiar' absolute pacifism religious ideology.

- I am advised by
THE Sovereign AUTHORITY that: There is now to be a "No tolerance"
attitude taken towards anyone of the public or any state official having any
racial prejudice or religious INTOLERANCE.

- I am advised
by THE
Sovereign AUTHORITY that: Any 'official' or person INCITING civil unrest in
matters pertaining to the State & Constitutional "freedom of
religion" Act will be very harshly dealt with.

- I am advised
by THE
Sovereign AUTHORITY that: Any 'official' or person found DISTURBING the peace of
the peaceful for any reason will be very harshly dealt with.

- I am advised by
THE Sovereign AUTHORITY that: Any 'official' or person INTERFERING in the lives
of the peaceful for any reason will be very harshly dealt with.

– I am advised
by THE Sovereign AUTHORITY that I should not attend the auction as it is
an illegal gathering and I could become complicit to the unlawful
activities because, if I was 'tempted' to bid on my own property I would be
condoning said illegal activity.

– I am advised
by THE Sovereign AUTHORITY that everything taking place around this matter is
being scrutinized very deeply and, that I should simply stay at home now and get
on with my life with God as my 'wife' and make no further 'effort' to try and
show Council officials their error as they have been given enough 'warning' by
me.
This
letter is issued 'Without prejudice' and for the benefit of Tasmanians and all
mankind.
