Dear Maree

I cannot agree to any rates payment settlement for the reasons outlined to you in previous correspondence. I do believe that I am simply going about my daily business peacefully as is commanded by my God, and if this is 'error' in your eyes then do with me as thou wilt.

I can but remind you that whatever you 'take' forcefully using the 'power' of 'rules' backed by 'strong' men becomes a 'due' upon your own 'heads' within the immutable law of God, and I will be advising the auctioneer that as he or she is selling my property without my consent, and that their actions are that of a common criminal and, they are in contravention of:

God's Primary TRUTHFUL and RULING Command that is:
"Go your way in peace and love one another and be merciful, compassionate, and forgiving."

And, that any person that defies their Creator is violating their allegiance to Him the Sovereign Monarch, and they will lose their rights to enter heaven and HE will banish their 'faithless' soul into the underworld for their arrogance and ignorance and, they will also not only suffer the same material loss, but will also suffer all the associated inconvenience and any emotional ‘disturbance’ suffered by their ‘victim’ as the result of the ‘judicial’ process. (That is the "As you sow so shall ye reap" Justice of God)

You do know me as a caring and honourable person that does have the 'interest' of the community at heart, thus the ONLY manner in which I can see you 'ever' getting me to donate monies to you directly is for you to initially trust me, and you write me a letter stating that you have cancelled the auction of my property and, that you have advised the auctioneer of this and, you have 'cancelled' the outstanding rates debt that you believe that I owed and, you then ask me if I would 'consider' granting an annual donation to the local community via your department having the proviso that it is all used for benign purposes only.

You will then have to await the response from me an elder 'statesman' of the local community and, I would also expect my name to be removed from the 'rates' list and placed up on a new list named 'Donation grants.' I ask that you try and realise that your mandate is to serve the community, it is not one whereby they/I agreed that you can 'bully' us into submission and force us to pay up all demands. That is the old way that needs correction so that everyone can happily live and happily GIVE.

Yours sincerely
