An open letter to: Maree Bricknell, Manager Corporate Services
and the Mayor, Councillors, Council staff and ratepayers.

Dear Maree,  

I have received your reply to my letter of the 26th of October where by you state "Council will pursue the outstanding rates for your property via the normal debt collection procedures."

You mention in your letter "debt collection procedures," inferring that it is your's and Council's belief that I have a debt to The Northern Midlands Council, yet you have failed to detail the service you have provided that has generated this debt.

Simply declaring that I owe a sum of money because of some rule in a book of rules, the monetary value being based on the text in this rule and another's valuation of my property, does not generate a debt, it is merely your justification for demanding funds.

It is thus my belief that in God's eyes I owe the Council naught, and thus in God's and my eyes, your demands are an attempt at monetary extortion.

I have chosen to place my allegiance with God, our Creator, and do not vote for, condone or support "The State Government of Tasmania" governmental system, of which Municipal Councils are a part. I do this, as it is against and contra my religious ideology, to financially support any person or organisation monetarily with the foreknowledge that "some" of these monies will be used to punish and thus abuse my spiritual sisters and brothers.

I have made a contribution to the local community through the Council to help the needy and I have clearly stipulated that this contribution is to in no way be used for the persecution of others. I have also stipulated that the monies I have forwarded in payment for the services provided by council are also in no way to be used for the persecution of others. 

I place God at the "head of my house" and heed God's ONE Command to: Only be loving, compassionate, merciful, forgiving and to be peaceful at all times. Thus to heed God's command, I must stand outside and apart of the "The State Government of Tasmania" governmental systems and their punitive rules and regulations.

Should I support the punitive processes of governmental systems such as the Northern Midlands Council, then as they do inflict pain upon others, as has and is been experienced by myself, then ahead I will further suffer at the hands of others under God's One Law: As you sow so shall you reap.

My freedom of conscious and free profession and practice of my religious expression as given by God is also enshrined within the rules and regulations of the "The State Government of Tasmania" governmental systems. Please refer to:

This document includes a legal guarantee of the religious liberty and equality of Tasmanians.
Every citizen is guaranteed freedom of conscience and the free exercise of religion under Section 46(1) of this Act.

It should be noted that this rule GUARANTEES this right "subject to public order and morality," public order being defined as "The state of peaceful co-existence amongst members of the public." 

I also inform you that the Australian Constitution also provides for my freedom to practice my religious belief.

Commonwealth not to legislate in respect of religion

The Commonwealth shall not make any law for establishing any religion, or
 for imposing any religious observance, or for prohibiting the free exercise of any religion,

As previously said, it is against and contra my religious ideology to financially support any "Government" organisation monetarily with the foreknowledge that "some" of these monies will be used to wage war upon others and cause great suffering upon my spiritual sisters and brothers of other races and creeds.

I ask you to personally consider, that we as the inhabitants of this "Australian" land mass, are a "part" of the "Coalition of the willing" forces, thus every taxpayer is funding the death and destruction and impoverishment of many mothers and brothers and wives and sisters and children of God's most precious creation.

The question should be asked of every Australian tax paying citizen: "Is there a 'bullet' or bomb or rocket being used with my name on it, - - - there is none with my name. We are spiritually responsible for the deeds of our servants. I do not fund or support any government I thus have NO 'servants' killing or maiming or incarcerating others 'for and on behalf of me,' - - - do you?"

As you are Manager Corporate Services of The Northern Midlands Council and thus a servant of the local community, and you are enforcing punitive processes on your brothers and sisters, your employers, I ask that you consider to whom you give your allegiance and in consideration of God's One law: as you sow so shall you reap, take careful stock of your actions as no "man made" mandate alleviates or nullifies God's One law.
