Dear Madam,

Ref: Your 'Levy' demand

None of your "answers" clarified the sole question I asked which was to give a "breakdown" of the services "costing" to my property that pertained to your $… ..  expected levy off me.

The reason "why" I have "today" queried this "ask" from you is because I am now an "adult" who can see that it is an act untrue for any person to "levy" another for any reason. For a levy is an "enforced" take off a community member and I cannot to "this" nature of extortion comply.

Your "office" can expand annually and enter into many "forms" of services and capital expenditure without any thought/consideration as to whether the individuals you levy either wish to, or can afford to "support" this expansion.

I do believe that it is the "time" to "cut the cloth to suit the coat" rather than demanding an annual levy off anyone. This means that you needs "prior" to entering into any spending "commitment" annually, to make a "proposal of works" that you submit to the local community whilst advising "how much" is needed and ask for a contribution to seed the need.

It is false to demand a rate based on your AAV as that has no bearing upon the capacity of a person to pay any given amount. For too long has 'man' been punished and "brought to account" by systems of man "out of control" through vanity and greed.

I hereby state that I cannot comply to your rate "ask" as I from today can only "offer" to aid the general community by the free giving of $… this year.

That you believe falsely that by the mere "fact" that your office is "backed" by "gun toting" men that you are spiritually "immune" from God's law of "What you do will be done unto you" is a matter of fact that by precedent over many years is falsely backed.

You do what you wish to. I state that as a "civilian" of the Tasmanian island that I do not have to pay any "levy" to anyone. I submit my $… community contribution. It is time for a "systems" change before the planet does derange.
