Dear Maree,

I write in response to your letter of the 1^st of April 2004 regarding your employer’s intent to “commence legal action to recover the full outstanding undermentioned amount” and where you also threaten me with “further unnecessary costs.”

I remind you of God’s ONE command which is to be: Only loving compassionate merciful and forgiving and to be peaceful at all times. I also inform you of God’s ONE law which is: What you do to others will be done to you, or: What you sow so shall you reap.

I have written before on this issue of rates demand and as an itemized statement of the cost of provision of services to my land has not been provided, I have freely donated a sum of money that I feel is more than adequate to cover the cost of services you presently provide me, and that allows for a balance to go towards helping others less fortunate than myself.

I understand that in GOD’S eyes we owe a debt to another ONLY if we have received a benefit or service that we have “tendered” for, or we have stolen off another and need to repay it, or we have promised to give to another.

Your attempt to extort funds of me via a threatening demand is an unloving act that denies God’s ONE COMMAND. Any demand of another is the darkness in action, and I remind you that this does invoke the negative aspect of God’s ONE Law being: “what you do to others will be done to you,” and I sincerely ask that you deeply consider your actions in this regard.

For truly this, God’s ONE immutable and unavoidable law, is absolute in that we reap what we sow, being the return of loving acts for loving acts done and pain experienced for pain enacted upon others, and money or property taken or stolen from us for our theft (enforced take) from others.

Your “urging” of me “to avoid further unnecessary costs” in relation to this matter needs to be deeply considered, for whatever pain is inflicted by someone upon another returns to those inflicting the pain. Thus any unloving actions that are inflicted upon myself are because I have inflicted pain on others previously, and I am thus reaping what I have sowed.

This is God’s ONE law in action and as I have in the past, paid the wages via rates of Council employees, who have on behalf of their employers, the rate payers, enacted theft, sold up, and otherwise hurt others in the line of their employment, I thus are likely to have a “reaping debt” owing.

It is upon your head and your employer’s head if you are to be the ones who enact my reaping process. As I have said, my fate via my past action is already cast, it is up to you as to whether you are to be the reaper and enact the powers that man’s law falsely gives you.

I say falsely, for there are two “laws” perceived to be acting on earth. There is man’s law via a book of rules that vary from county to country and are used to regulate, extort, punish and control the general populace under the benign disguise “of its for your own good.”

And there is God’s ONE LAW that is more than a law as it is a universal REALITY, it being immutable, inevitable and unavoidable, being: “What you do to others will be done to you.”

Thus it is not I who needs to consider “avoiding unnecessary costs,’ it is yourself, those who work with you and your employers being the ratepayers, for the “costs” in this matter do lie with those who enact forceful actions upon others.

I have chosen to heed God and to not support, vote for or condone man’s controlling, un-loving systems that are enforced by books of rules, as I believe that it is now most importantly, the time that we each individually decide as to whose “law” we are made to “bow to.”

I have chosen to heed the Command of the Light to: Only be loving compassionate merciful and forgiving and to be peaceful at all times, thus I neither support nor condone nor wish to fund your punitive ways.

I believe that it is critical that those who choose otherwise to deeply reflect on their choice and their actions. It is my own personal experience of the pain of the “karmic return” that motivates me to reach out to your self and others asking that all look deeply into what they daily do.

I also attach an extract from this web page titled “The criminal Council” that exposes the nature in God’s eyes of the “books of rules” that you appear to follow. I also include an “Important Public Notice” that in brief, explains the reasons for the escalation in insanity sweeping this planet and the coming dire consequences for us all.

I write this letter and place the enclosed documents and web address before you so you may become aware of the reality that “simply” because you are paid a wage to enforce rules, that the rules you enforce do not protect you or give you immunity from God's Law.
