17th o
Dear Maree,
I
have this day placed with the office staff of the Northern Midlands Council,
a donated sum of money that I wish to provide for the services provided by
the Council to my property, and for the benefit of the local community.
I
also attach a concise request that these freely donated funds be only used
for positive non-retributionary and non-punitive processes.
I
draw attention to my information that my previously donated funds were place
in the Council’s “general revenue” account which is also the account
that pays the legal costs for Council’s punitive actions against others
that has included myself. This is in denial of God’s command to ONLY be
loving, compassionate, merciful and forgiving and is a denial of my written
request.
I
remind the Council of the insanity of the situation where I am in part,
funding legal actions by Council employees against my self, as they threaten
me with legal action through the courts in order to fund their wages and
their other perceived needs.
In
the past, these legal actions have resulted in the sending of a
professionally employed thief called a bailiff, to threaten to steal from me
and or “sell me up” and in other ways coerce me to pay the monies
declared to be owed by myself in order to satisfy your ever increasing
demands for funds.
Sadly
for Council employees and their employers being the rate paying public, this
un-loving action invokes the negative aspect of God’s ONE LAW being:
“what you do to others will be done to you, on an eye for an eye basis.”
I
write this letter in order to expose the nature of Council’s actions and
their un-loving ways that deny God’s ONLY LOVE Command, and to remind all
that under God’s ONE LAW on an “eye for an eye” basis all
participating in UN-LOVING actions suffer ahead at the hands of others.
It
is thus critical for us all that our actions be always ONLY loving,
compassionate, merciful and forgiving and that all controlling, demanding,
punitive, and other un-loving actions cease. For to do otherwise is to ahead
under God’s ONE LAW, suffer the same fate that we have inflicted upon
others.
The
darkness that is “the underhand” of God has deceived all mankind into
believing that it is “OK” to be “mandated” by man’s laws to
demand, control and to hurt others and that man’s laws in some way protect
us from the WRATH of God. This is pure folly as it is GOD’S LAW that
stands SUPREME and is immutable, inviolate, and unavoidable.
For
those that doubt this or who seek further clarification of this REALITY,
they will find its full exposure on the web site: www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk
where I suggest they read “The Slave citizen” document.

The
funds I have contributed are to pay for the services provided to my property
by the Council including rubbish collection and fire services.
There is a small contribution within my gift to help with council
administrations costs and the balance is to help those within the local
community who are less fortunate than myself.
I
choose to donate this some in consideration of my ability to provide it, and
to pay for the cost of the services provided by the council to my property.
As water and sewerage services to my property are provided at my own cost
and rural roads maintenance is funded primarily by Commonwealth money, I
perceive that the only service provided by Council is to mow the public
roadside land adjacent to my property.
I
have in the past asked for an itemised account of the costs of services to
my property but received a no details, non-specific reply.
I
thus consider my donation sufficient to cover the cost of services and to
provide a generous sum for the welfare of other needy community members.
I
draw Council’s attention to the “Customer Service Charter” where it is
stated: “the Council aims to provide innovative, efficient and equitable
services for all the community and respect for each and every
customer.”
I
attach “The Council Charter” document in relation to this.
I
Inform Council that their commitment to myself has been denied by:
1.
The lack of respect for my request by placing my freely donated funds
into an account that does fund punitive processes.
2.
The lack of respect by council employees to community members such as
myself with their demands for funds and their coercive and punitive actions
for those who do not accede to these demands.
3.
This is furthered, as any “equitable” examination of the cost of
council services provided to my property would assess that my donated funds
are a generous contribution.
I
further draw attention to the Council’s “Charter” statement that
“our decision making process will be fair and accountable” and
ask that if Council believes that their services are of greater value then
they “equitably” justify this to me rather than by demanding funds under
threat of “being sold up.”
I
remind all that there is a God and that one day we all face “our Maker”
and that we “are known by what we do” and that it is thus critical that
we ONLY be loving, compassionate, forgiving and peaceful in our daily living
I
importantly take this opportunity to include a pamphlet on the reasons for
the escalation in mental and emotional trauma that is weeping our community
and the whole planet. The process described will ahead catastrophically
affect all families and communities across the planet and it is most
important that we all prepare now for those times.
I
believe that council organisations can play a major part in informing and
supporting “their” communities in the trouble times at hand.
I
urge all within Council and the broader community to seek the message from
God to all of humanity that is fully and freely available to all at: www.the-testament-of-truth.co.uk
Yours sincerely,
Ken Atherton
