 Dear Gerald, 

I am in receipt of your "Notice of Rates and Charges" for this coming year in which I am being asked to pay the sum of $… .. 

We live outside of the Longford town boundary and provide our own water and sewerage facilities. We commute little to Longford and use only the tip occasionally, the services for which we pay.  

I wish to understand how we have a rate "debt" of such proportion to the council. 

I thus ask you for a fully detailed list of the costing of services by the council to the above property.
