Pindari Herb Farm lies in a 20 hectare hilltop bush setting 16 kilometres from Launceston on the island of Tasmania, Australia. (aerial photograph of the gardens in summer, the farm in winter after rains and in the drought of summer of 2008 )

We are a family of seven being Ken and Giovi and two children and Ken's three sons.

Our philosophy is based on our wish to only be loving in all that we do and we recognize that we individually are responsible for our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. We are self sufficient in water and heating, have extensive organic vegetable (see produce) and medicinal herbs gardens. We have solar, wind and steam power production which provides the bulk of our needs.

Ken qualified as a pharmaceutical chemist in 1970 and practiced in a community setting for 30 years, For many of those years he specialised in the compounding and dispensing of herbal and homoeopathic medicines and other forms of complementary medicine. In the last eighteen years he and Giovi have established the Pindari gardens in which over 130 medicinal herbs now grow.

Ken has retired from community pharmacy and now is actively engaged professionally in the growing, preparing, preserving and compounding of herbal medicines, working with the fresh plant material grown in Pindari's gardens and that are locally wild crafted.

From his experience and the resource of the live medicinal herbs in Pindari's organic gardens, he and Giovi have establish a comprehensive medicinal herb dispensary based on extracts made from fresh herbs (photo). From this they have prepared an extensive range of natural skin care products (skin care), and a range of medicinal herbs mixtures for common ailments (herbal mixtures).

Ken and Giovi also run seminars on the growing, harvesting and processing of medicinal herbs and the making of "natural" skin care products (seminars).

Added note: Dear Friends, several years ago we at Pindari withdrew from funding punitive government institutions as it is our Religious belief and choice of action that we should heed our Creator's (God's) Command and only fund positive community effort.

Within the founding Constitutions of both the State of Tasmania and the Federation of Australia are Constitutional rules that GUARANTEE our 'freedom of religion.' (Our 'right' to live our peaceful ideological belief). But to date the state Magistrates and Supreme courts have failed to grant us this human right and we now face eviction from our farm home due to 'aggressive' actions of the Northern Midlands Council.

As it is our INTENT by this action to reach out and educate those involved in punitive actions against others, either through their funding of or employment within these punitive governmental institution, that their actions are anti-LOVE and thus anti our Creators Command and that they ahead will accordingly suffer under the Creator's immutable: As you do to others will do done to you LAW.

As this matter involves the use of legal practitioners and a possible appeal to the Constitutional High Court of Australia, we welcome any fiscal support you are inspired to offer.

We stand now for all those believers in peace, love, mercy and forgiveness.

We believe that much change is afoot on planet earth and that there is now, more than ever, a need to live peacefully and heed our Creator's love one another Command.

In order to do this, we have placed our allegiance with the Creator and have thus withdrawn our allegiance to the punitive extortionist and warring local council, state and federal governing systems (see letter of withdrawal and statement of allegiance to God).

We therefore no longer vote for nor support nor fund these systems as we peacefully live within our community. We give and share our God given bounty so as to support the needy around us, doing this when and as we are inspired to by God. Only by doing this, can we heed God's Command and not be in part, responsible and karmicly attached to the pain and suffering inflicted upon others by the employees of these systems, our would be servants.

We believe that there is an insidious under current of increasing mental and emotional turmoil, that along with planetary changes, will see the breakdown of society structures and the collapse of all governing systems. There will be chaos and turmoil for a time as Armageddon of the Mind unfolds with only those heeding God's "Only be Loving" command surviving spiritually.
